My Top Ten Yoga Quotes
Remembering back to taking classes with my yoga teacher who then lead me through the yoga training, one thing that stood out in her classes was when she would read a quote or a poem at the end of shavasana. I myself do that now when I teach. Sometimes it was like she intuitively knew what I needed to hear right at that moment in my life. I hung onto those word at times with great appreciation.
I like that I carry that tradition on, and hopefully, I touch hearts just like she touched mine.
That is my intention.
Here are a few quotes that really resonate with me-

“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming.
