Nature's Healing Power
Allowing Nature To Do Its Work
We can learn a thing or two from the rhythm of nature by observing with wonderment. Nature doesn't rush, it doesn't beat itself up, it just takes its time. The beauty of nature lies in its confidence, to bloom when it's damn well ready to bloom and to storm when it's damn well ready to storm.
I can remember when my body was filled with so much anxiety It was almost like I repelled the acts of nature; observing the ocean waves and walking through the woods alone were once scary. I can recall two specific times that I felt my vibration up against the flow of nature and me not being vibrationally ok, I wanted to run as far as possible from this "right" energy. It was as though we were colliding into one another.
Through yoga, I was taught to not collide but to become one with the healing power of nature; it's that vibration that heals. At first, it's an uncomfortable feeling when you're filled with anxiety to go up against something so pure, that vibration pulling for you to catch the wave of balance.
Tapping into your breath, softening the body, and finally ALLOWING the rhythm of nature to bring you back to peace.
