Allowing The Heart To Recalibrate
Through yoga, you are taught to witness the mind, witness your emotions, and witness life around you.
My mind lately is running rampant with chaotic thoughts.
My heart grasping for something that's missing, but yet still there.
My emotions are all over the place, with one moment filled with hope and another filled with despair.
Life continues around me and at times I'm chasing after it to just keep up.
This is mourning.
And if I soften long enough to watch this human body do what it needs to do, well then this phase of suffering won't be prolonged.
It's by allowing I release.
Releasing the guilt
Releasing the sadness
Releasing the anger
By releasing I open up my heart to feel her LOVE.
In the end, I hope to feel only love.
